1 AverageWe had booked supreme room in fab stay hotel in at raja bazaar, kolkatta for 3 nights. on check-in we were given deluxe room at first, then on protest we were shifted to supreme room. only a kettle to boil water was found in the room, without tea-coffee , milk or sugar...worst experience. we were charged for veg buffet breakfast, and were served parcel puri bhaji in our room, we were told that hotel doesn't have a kitchen, so nothing hot can be provided. we were given non-veg choices also, that almost broke our confidence in eating pure veg breakfast....terrible experience. never book fab hotels, because thier helpline calls are recieved by drunkards after 8.00 pm - worst staff of fab hotels, who informed me on my complaint that normally breakfast is served between 10 am to 12 pm in all our hotels...and that guy on call from fab help desk, didnt have the courtesy to say sorry because he was fully drunk while in office. terrible & nightmarish experience.Shailesh Jain, 16 Sep
