1 AverageI had an absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel. the service was atrocious—staff were practically nonexistent, and when they did appear, they were utterly useless. the rooms were filthy, with unclean surfaces and beds that reeked of something unbearable. to top it off, they went out of their way to force us out hours before our checkout time by cutting off the electricity. when we ordered food, they had the audacity to claim there was no gas to cook it. this place is a complete disaster. avoid at all costs!Hrithik Roshan, 11 Aug

1 AverageI booked this hotel through febhotels. firstly, it's located nearly 2 to 3 km from axis mall, and it difficult to find. we arrived at 11 am and were initially allowed to check-in and we are resting in our room. however, a boy came shortly after, we were informed that check-in time is actually 12 pm and he asked to pay an extra 200 rupees to stay. despite already being in our room, we were threatened to leave if we didn't pay. this treatment was incredibly disappointing. the service was very poor overall; staff were unhelpful and not accommodating. additionally, there were issues like a faulty bathroom lock and ac was not working. again and again the boy came and asking some otp and extra money i do not recommend staying here.Riju Das, 16 Jul

1 AverageHad very bad experience at the time of check out. normal check out time of the hotel is 11am. the hotel people started calling me from 8 am onwards many times inquiring when i will make check out. they wanted me to leave early because some other guests were waiting. at 10.30 two persons came to my room and told me to hurry up. when i told them that i will be leaving at 11, they insisted me to leave early. it's so disgusting.Himangshu Goswami, 8 Jul

5 FabulousThe stay was good and the staffs were amazing and were so generous and helpful. it’s a budget friendly accommodation nothing luxurious it’a fine for a normal stay rooms are average. bed sheets could have been better i feel but the staffs made me more comfortable over the stay.Deepak Pandeshwar, 30 May
