Its a very good hotel for business and family stay tooo very polite staff ( irfan , rizwan and sufiyan ) they are very polite and always with a helping nature so i loved it and the rooms are very good on such less terrif

I recently stayed for a week at hotelfab kzar select on mcleod street, kolkata, and i must say, it was a delightful experience. the hotel is conveniently located near park street, with local transportation especially iconic tram is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. from the moment i arrived, i was warmly welcomed by the reception staff. the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the room was spacious, which stood out compared to other properties i’ve stayed at in the area. the housekeeping staff was exceptional, with mr. akash being particularly noteworthy. he was honest, dedicated, and took great care in his work. a remarkable incident occurred during my stay: my wife’s gold ring accidentally fell in the hallway outside our room, and we were unaware of it. to our surprise, mr. akash knocked on our door and, with great honesty, showed us the ring, asking if it belonged to us. after confirming it was my wife’s, i thanked mr. akash and rewarded him with a small gift. if the hotel management or owner is reading this, i kindly request that mr. akash and his team be recognized for their honesty and dedication. acts like these should be encouraged, as they inspire others to uphold similar standards. overall, i highly recommend hotelfab kzar select for its great location, excellent amenities, and the honest and helpful staff. it truly made our stay in kolkata special!

Good hotel recommended to everyone bcoz staff are helpful room are also neat and clean and location is like u can go easily anywhere

Don't fall pray with the fake ratings, this place is not even one star hotel. the staffs were very unprofessional. they don't know how to talk. for breakfast they gave very thin aloo paratha. which were not good. bedsheets were not clean, hairs of previous customers were in the pillow, tiles were broken, bathroom was full of bidi(cigarette) leftovers. don't go for this place.

My experience for this hotel is not good...as i ordered food my habbit is to pay the bill that i did as i left my colleague they left next morning the person who was at the desk he said to my friends that there is a bill pending of 380/- rs and the bill what i signed was been erased with whitener now if this type of people do this type of cheating i think it is not worth coming nack to this hotel any way my review to this hotel is 1 star they want full money before u check in but the service they r provided is pathetic there was no hot kettle water in the room we had to ask them to plz provide us complimentry water bottle to our room...washroom didnt have flesh knob room no 404...i wont recommend it. thank u
