Hotel stay was okay,not really good nor bad either. but choosing breakfast was a terrible mistake. the hotel doesn't provide breakfast before 9am. so whoever planning to opt for breakfast, be aware if it and don't order. also, the hotel doesn't prepare breakfast in their hotel, they just buy it from outside stall and provide you but they don't allow outside food to you. so, this needs improvement for sure. provide breakfast to customer at least around 7.30 am onwards and have more options.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th april 2018 and were impressed with front desk team who go out of way to extend help. well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. we certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.
