1 AverageScammer !!!!! be careful especially if you are foreigner. they don’t accept foreigner but they will told you only when you arrive, after accepted the booking on the app. they are able to receive the money with international card via booking but not able to welcome foreigner ?!! they asked us to cancel on the app but they haven’t accept it and because it was at the last moment, booking told us we have to pay the all price !! they acted like nobody speak english, don’t want to refund the money … during this time we saw others people arrived with a booking online, they asked them more money because of the durga puja festivities (they know you don’t really have choice because during this time it’s difficult to book another time).Samouette936, 11 Oct

1 AverageThird class rooms and service is the worst. no amenities works properly the tv doesn't even run the ac doesn't have any remote the room quality is very poor . bed and cover were dirty and smelly. no food was available there. this is the worst hotel i've ever stayed in kolkata. the rooms are totally different from the pictures showing in there site. the price is very very high it costed 2k for only 1 night for the nasty roomRiyan, 22 Sep
