Though this is hotel but similar to guest house. need to improve hospitality to say is hotel. -some of small amenities would expected to available and without encoring cost to room. 1. there should be time piece or wall clock available into room. that will value add to guest to set alarm clock or timing check. 2. there should be table and chair facilitating to guest if they have some work to do or any business work. even for breakfast, there not such place to engage. 3. there should be table lamp for work prospective. 4. cleaning of room should be proper. i found not clean floor even stay of 04 days. many insects and ants lying died over floor even identified to service person.

Food quality : i never never eat that extremely bad quality . its better u should buy food from street. service: u cant expect package drinking water.. there no option. and room service depending tere mood.. we stay almost 3 days there they never try to clean ur room & dustbin. then tata sky recharge over , that recharge done after 2 hrs after my information. we booked there premium room but balcony door lock not working .. i am lucky that i preferred 2nd floor so i a bit secure . so one one simple line " u have to give everything what they need or want but u cant expect what u expecting there as minimum requirements.

Excellent hotel and staff amazing service, quality rooms, great breakfast, wonderful this is one of the best hotels we stayed in. we had a great, spacious room. the room was very, very clean and modern. the staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. the lobby was nice and clean. breakfast area was neat and clean, decorated. there were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. this was a great hotel at a great price. i definitely would stay at this hotel again. ........thank you management and staff at comfort suites in rapid city.......

Suggestions: 1)location is difficult to find despite google maps ...to please check gps. 2) telephone number of the hotel to be provided beside hotel address to overcome above difficulty. 3) hotel just developing..need to have atleast newspaper available at lobby. 4) ground floor rooms should be sprayed with mosquito repellant frequently. however, despite above difficulties in ameneties...staff found very polite and ready to help. mainly for business traveller..may stay there if area of work nearby.

Worst experience of my life, pathetic service ,very rude behaviour of mrs dolan champa.tv is just to hang on the wall, according to dolan champa giving cable is a privilege that they can't afford to give in our 5 days of stay,rather their staff ask u to recharge cable pack. on the name of complimentary breakfast bread butter is served without butter and outside food is also not allowed.if it wasn't a business trip and pre booked room we would have not stayed there even a single hour.
