Worst hotel, complete fake photos, in real nothing works, fraud staff, rude and very bad behaviour, asking money always, couples stay away, they harass customers , denied checkin after booking

Worst experience everrr....dont go dont...although at prime location...staffs were too tacky to handle...they locked the gate at 11p.m nobody can go out at night after 11...there were no proper time for ordering food from them...all the items in the menu is not available..they charged you for when go n book via fabhotel or any other third party booking app..seriously dont go there and spend some more bucks and book another hotel...rooms were too dirty

Staff were so rude, not at all nice, they behaving like they are paying money to us. while booking it shown compliment breakfast, but they serving 2 chapatti with tomato sause and fully oil on it without asking us what wr want for break fast and ordering us like it will available at after 9 only and they won't serve it to rooms, we have to go down and sit at the lobby to eat. and they serving at one store room kind of area, rooms are not clean, heater issues, tv not working . please don't stay here.

Room service was very poor. room was not clean properly. we called more 7 times at the reception for water but they continuously denied our call as it was saying busy. we asked for 2 forks they gave us one. they dont even have 2 forks like seriously. i don’t know it is a hotel or what! worst experience. never coming again.
