I booked this hotel for a stay on 5th and 6th of feb 2025. but while checking in, the owner informed that there are some issues and so she will accommodate us at another property which is 3km away from the originally booked property. her name was saheli dey & she was the worst host i have ever met. we accepted the shift but she didn't shared the location of the 2nd property & harrassed us like anything.

This property is handelled by a very unprofessional person. i was supposed to make a booking for 31st night. i had to pay the advance within the time given by the manager. before that time she took another booking as she entertains more than 1 client at a time for a single room...my entire 31st night plan ruined.

Stay was comfy price is reasonable but behaviour of staffs is worthless. we hadn't complimentary breakfast service whereas we have booked the stay with breakfast. but they denied to give us our complimentary breakfast.

Please dont book this property.. they cheat people. we booked them for one night (11/10/24) and paid the the advance of rs 1000 on 06/10/2024 but at the time of check in they denied having any booking on showing the booking slip the sftaff said we are full .. and was trying to give rs 1000 back. and we stood there for 2 hrs helplessly the guy mr shanak even didn't pick our calls and somebody else was talking on his behalf.. after lots of harrasment they arranged a place which was way below the criteria of ours.. after long 3 hrs they said they wasted enough of their time and refunded as thousand rs. and we were stranded on the road ruinng the puja day (astami) for seven of us.. they were not even sorry for what they did. please dont book this property.
