Please dont book this property.. they cheat people. we booked them for one night (11/10/24) and paid the the advance of rs 1000 on 06/10/2024 but at the time of check in they denied having any booking on showing the booking slip the sftaff said we are full .. and was trying to give rs 1000 back. and we stood there for 2 hrs helplessly the guy mr shanak even didn't pick our calls and somebody else was talking on his behalf.. after lots of harrasment they arranged a place which was way below the criteria of ours.. after long 3 hrs they said they wasted enough of their time and refunded as thousand rs. and we were stranded on the road ruinng the puja day (astami) for seven of us.. they were not even sorry for what they did. please dont book this property.

Rooms are good enough in the budget. but in terms of service i had a huge disappointment,if had a negative star i would have given that. be careful when you already paid the amount while booking,in case they get another booking with higher price for the same room,you will be made to move to another property without any logic. i didn’t find the behaviour of the receptionist much helpful. money over service of the customers.

We had check in on 27th august at 10 pm . the hotel didn't provide water bottle i am asking for water bottle.. no one complementary water bottle in room . no amenities thie in except bath towel. very bad experience from fab hotel dream plaza.

Subject: misleading booking experience dear fabhotel team, i recently booked a stay at fabhotel dream plaza because it was supposed to be close to my destination. however, after making an advance payment, i was redirected to a different hotel much farther away, yet i was still charged the rate for fabhotel dream plaza. this experience felt misleading and unfair. i trusted fabhotel, but this incident has made me lose confidence in your service. i expect a prompt resolution, either with a refund for the overcharge or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.
