It was the worst experience.. hole in the bedsheet, fan not working, bathroom was not clean, bathroom window was covered with towel as there was no privacy, flies everywhere. there was no soap towel or hand wash, the blanket was dirty, pillows were dirty and smelling dirty . the room was not cleaned before the check in

When i entered in room there is no towel present and in bathroom there is no handwash, soap or shampoo present. when i try to call reception for missing things they are not receiving my call at the end i have to go using stairs because lift was not working. the receptionist told me that they will provide all missing thing within 10 minutes unfortunately 2 hours gone no response, again i have to go receptionist told them to provide at least towel and handwash because i need this thing they told me that they forgot. very terrible experience happen ever in this hotel.

Negatives : the room was worse. it's a small room with only 3 feet of space around the bed and yellowish stains on the bed sheet with holes. there was no hand wash or anything in the toilet. don't order any food, the kitchen was dirty. tv was available but there was no remote, which made tv not usable. positive: if you get the deal for 700 - 900 rupees, it's okay i.e. at least you can save money. the staff is friendly and the location is very good (it's only walking distance to axis mall)

Every time i booked from oyo app the other hotels charge extra 500 or they didn't allow to checking using oyo app.. but yesterday i first time tried fab hotel app it's crazy.. it's so easy to use.... checking was so easy the guy didn't asked any irrelevant questions..and didn't charge any extra money... i was so happy to see that..next time i surely booked your hotel....
