Very bad.. not suitable for families. bad smell..bad dinning area..not maintained properly. zero out of 5. its just a building with poor facilities. dnt go for it.

No visitors are allowed. it ruins the experience of meeting friends in different cities, better to book other hotels which allows visitors.

Hassle free check-in process, even allowed earlier check-in ofcourse with reasonable extra amount, service was quick, staff were polite and cooperative. location of the hotel is perfect walkable distance from biswa bangla sarani and enough distance for no traffic noises. i would recommend it.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
