Very bad.. not suitable for families. bad smell..bad dinning area..not maintained properly. zero out of 5. its just a building with poor facilities. dnt go for it.

No visitors are allowed. it ruins the experience of meeting friends in different cities, better to book other hotels which allows visitors.

Hassle free check-in process, even allowed earlier check-in ofcourse with reasonable extra amount, service was quick, staff were polite and cooperative. location of the hotel is perfect walkable distance from biswa bangla sarani and enough distance for no traffic noises. i would recommend it.

Had reached late night .. couldn’t find the stay .. called up fab hotel customer care at 1:30am , they shared hotel number .. it’s a service apartment only . they were courteous to answer the call even at that time .

Carnival hotels services were very good. the worst service by the fabhotels, no support to find the address, customer care was not available, i will never use fabhotels, ever in my life
