FabHotel Aqua Tulip

I had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. during my seven days there, housekeeping only occurred once, and i had to request it also, initially the room which was allocated to me had defective fittings in the bathroom and couldnt used it still they asked to stay their for a day and on next day they made me change the room. they provided inadequate toiletries and towels, and even then it was only after i asked multiple times. i paid for breakfast for my entire stay, but it consisted of just two items on alternate days. additionally, they charged for complimentary water bottles. on one occasion, i found the main entrance closed before the scheduled time. when i asked why, the staff were dismissive and unkind, despite having seen me step out just moments before. as an international guest, i specifically inquired about the provision of form c before booking, and i was assured it would be handled. however, upon arrival, the staff claimed they would assist me, but ultimately did nothing. overall, i was extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this hotel. it was my first time booking with fabhotel and i ended up like this. team you really need to work on this to make pleasant stay for the guests.

Overall a average experience , ac remote was not available in the room and the rooms were small and the bed was also not big enough for two people

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Hotel staff prefer to book directly from them. they asked for extra money to provide premium room where as i have booked a premium room from fab hotel site. romm no 201 they provided which is very small in size . hotel sfaff should be more sensitive to deal with customer who are booking through different site.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff was so courteous and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable, making my trip truly relaxing.
