1 AverageI had the worst experience in my whole life here. the manager held me hostage inside the hotel and wouldn't allow me to leave and claimed i broke the bathroom door frame in the room and demanded money, 2500r extra. i was literally physically locked inside with padlock and he turned the elevator off from the main switch. also the hot water wasn't working, cold water barely flowed, and there were ants in my bed. there was a massive puddle of water in the bathroom that just didn't flow away and there wasn't even a squeegee to clean it up. manager refused to give me any sort of discount and demanaded me to pay the full price. when i refused to let him scam me he became angry and agressive and claimed i broke something in the room and demanded payment. the manager he is a cheating, lying, scammer. stay away otherwise your life will be in danger here.Andrew Baky, 9 Mar

1 AverageInitial interaction was good. but below are the cons. cons: room is too small in size. bed is too small. i was not able to adjust in that my feet were not fitting. biggest problem when i was doing chek out the receptionist told me there is broken soap dispenser(bootle handwash) and he wanted to blame that on me and take money because i had already paid for the room so he came up with this idea to fetch money . i am seeing an old review where i was staying in the same room and same comment they have also mentioned. i told him it was already broken. he knew that so he didn't say anything. i will not suggest to go there.Suman Biswas, 21 Feb

5 FabulousThe rooms are at 4th floor & there is a lift service to the hotel floor. location is very convenient for our case. rooms are ok but beware that the pics are for a specific room which u might not get. also, as soon as u check in, they will ask for paying full amount and also submit the review. they were a bit nosy about this thing which i did not like. the worst part is that they charged excessively high for food if we take from them. i opted for complimentary breakfast & only took boiled eggs from them for which i was charged rs. 60 for 2 boiled eggs. water bottles(01 ltr.) they charged rs. 40 per bottle & for small cold drinks they charged rs. 40 also. room service will come if u insist and also disturbs for giving bonus. overall, it was a so-so experience for me but the location was all that i was interested in so it was a convenient stay for me.Anjan Debnath, 6 Jan
