Horrible....tremendously unacceptable experience. first the manager (a lady) called me up a few days before the booking day and shifted my booking from elite stay to ullash residency on the pretext of being " a bit classy than the former" against the same price as my existing booking. once i reached the property on the day of booking i was told by a boy, an extremely impolite, rather rude boy) told me " we give room only for hours in this price". please remember, i was offered this shifting by the property. i did not want it. after much heated talks, he showed me a room which was so substandard beyond imagination and the arrogant attitude of the boy was clearly indicating how much unwillingness from the property to even show me a better room. after a heated conversation he literally showed me the door saying " i do not want to talk, go back where your original booking was made". i called the lady who happened to be the manager, (mrs. zara khan), and got the same cold and indifferent treatment. coming to elite stay, i was told that the booked room was given to somebody since my booking was shifted to ullash residency. one thing was noteworthy, in both the properties, staffs were remarkably rude, impolite and proudly misbehaving with me. it was almost 1 pm and i could not even checked in . finally i called fab express customer service for an immediate resolution and they were kind enough to provide me another accommodation in the same locality. the experience i have had with them would always be kept in my mind. only people in kolkata can misbehave with their own people. just shame on you!

Very bad and very terrible experience. i'm writing this honest review for my recent stay of 22nd to 23rd december 2023. if there is a system of 0 star i would have given it 0. note- don't read the rating and reviews from fabhotel app. if u want to read real reviews read it from google reviews. "the room is very bad..smelly and with broken ac, fan also not working.. overall no switch is working. the room is full of mosquitoes. they won't provide extra blankets. u can't sleep bcoz everytime u go to sleep mosquitoes cone to bite u... not 1 not 2...but a horde of mosquitoes. no matter it's day or night... everytime mosquitoes are there. so, dengue or malaria chances are increased automatically by sleeping there. the toilet will not flush... and again the toilet is full of mosquitoes. the location is very bad... backside of this hotel has a huge land covered with loads of garbage... the food is also not good in this hotel...very salty...even the chapati (roti) is made with salt. no landline.. even though the reception no. is provided, they will not receive it when u call. i would recommend give 200 to 300 rs more and book another hotel... don't stay here... otherwise u will end up being a patient..either of heart or of malaria/dengue...

1. google map location is incorrect you need to look for house ap 212 2. this is not a hotel, it's a guest house. 3. bedsheet was not clean, 202 was not lacking door handle 4. don't go just pictures posted on fab hotel app. rooms are not in good shape 5. ac is quite old, there is no remote to mange temp. not worth than 500 rupees a day

Very poor experience. i went there and made the payment at 3pm. they said they are cleaning the room so it might take some time. i asked them to do it before 4pm as i was in a hurry to unpack. but even after 4pm i didn’t get any room. so i had to leave. there was nobody to even notice that i was leaving. asked for refund from fab hotels. got my refund after requesting proper investigation multiple times.

My recent stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. the water was murky and unclean, the door lock was faulty, and the ancient ac was incredibly noisy. the staff were uncooperative, the toilet didn't flush, and the room was dirty and stifling. i strongly discourage anyone from staying here – it was a truly awful experience. do not be fooled by the fake/paid reviews.

The rooms were tiny 110sq.ft but clean. bathroom and bedsheets were tidy. the rooms had some mosquitoes but that was taken care by the staff promptly. do not order food from the hotel, it is terrible. the place is located in al block in the next lane from al park. location is not accurate on google maps so kindly call them up to get the exact location.
