Worst receptionist. i was waiting for half hour to get my room entry. receptionist was some problem with stafss i guess. so he was in anger and reflected on i also. the room is full of dust. roof has spider web. bottom of the cot have tones of dust. they never mob/ clean the bottom of the cot. worst experience

Very poor experience. very pathetic and dirty rooms along with the linen, quilt and pillow cover. everywhere in room there was stains , green patches of moisture on walls.

I booked the room through the official fab hotel app. during the booking process, the representative assured me that a water heater was available in all rooms and would function 24/7. however, upon arrival, i found that there was no separate heater in the room, and hot water was only available between 7 am and 9 am. on the positive side, the room boy provided hot water in a bucket upon request. the room itself was small, and the tv was not working. the hotel's location is convenient, being close to kodaikanal lake. overall, it was a somewhat satisfactory stay.
