The cleanliness was totally missing. bed linen not clean, bathroom not cleaned as soaps left by last guest still in bathroom. hot water not available in the room and had to be brought by the staff to the room. hence had to vacate the room after one night though pre paid for 4 nights. i now doubt the credentials of fab hotels

Eden garden hotel is very near by lake it's a pleasant place to stay rooms are neat and clean and their service is too good overall it's a good place to stay with our family

Really good hotel, i look forward to staying here . the staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. it is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. rooms are spacious and good value for money.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
