FabHotel Abirami Grand Inn

Rooms are spacy and neat, but carpets are very old and dirty. toilet seat was broken and door lock is of low quality. restaurant is dirty and unhygienic. the cook and food handlers looks very shabby with dirty cloths. the hotel is situated at a narrow location and facing a bar. quarreling of drunkards was a sight from the rooms and not recommended for families.

This cannot be considered even a 1 star rated hotel. this is simply a lodge which can be chosen as last option just for an overnight stay. pros: located near kodai lake and having well connectivity to the main town. cons: no wifi, no tea/ coffee bags, no drinking water, no kettle available in room, telephone was not working, bathroom is not properly maintained and toilet flush was not working. restaurant is kind of a dirty hall which is fully unhygienic with zero maintenance. waiters, untrained locals serving the food bare-handed gives utmost discomfort while dining. totally worthless for the money paid!! possibly this is a scam!

Biggest scam this hotel never provide any kind of service worst hotel in kodaikanal never ever book this hotel 1) room service - never expect 2) romm interiors - all damaged and smell 3) room amenities - no reception connectivity 4) near room - bar so always drunk people surrounding 5) response: very worst they say only single word answers 6) safety - local bar is next building so very bad 7) break fast - all money minded limited food all single piece they ask extra amount 8) parking - available but worst place 9) water source - only available on floors in some whr corners not in room. 10) no coffee tea 11) worst toilet experience heater not working properly it takes min 30 mins all old 12) no room mates no chair in balcony becz it's just small standing place don't book for balcony experience 13) glass broken window 14) any thing ask they never listen just like that answering 15) booking experience worst not worth for money 16) scam this is not a fab hotels or treebo hotel just changing the vendor and cheating every one worst management i guess. 17) please my worst experience becz of paying this huge amt to this place in not at all recommended and this is pury scam .. 18) food for children also they ask extra amt overall experience worst no kettle no classes no floor mats no sampoo and nothing provided i stayed in suite room almost 4k + for this much cost it's 100 % scam in kodaikanal. please visit directly and book the hotel never go commit yourself like this don't believe booking scams just look at the photos proof this is called suit room worst people seriously.. never believe this hotel abirami grand mangement and workers. no humanity just need money. never and ever book this hotel i took this time to share the details becz other not to suffer like us thank you. .

Excellent hotel, with good sized rooms and very good food.

This hotel is over rated and it is not worth for what we have paid.the bed sheet and pillow were not good damaged (torn in few places) inside room carpet is not clean and causes itching on foot.the only good thing is we get hot water for bath.no breakfast provided. amount charged is ₹2100.drinking water was not good it gave smell.in online while booking it shown room would be good and can see outside with good view however the room allotted was in ground floor room and nothing we could see other than just wall. the locality is not very near to brayant park as it shows in their website.the restaurant's food inside the hotel is average.

The hotel is in a prime location. the restaurant is good and reasonable. but room maintenance is not up to the expectations
