    1)towels or sopa were not provided initially. after requesting only 1 was given even though 2 people occupied the room. 2) the given towel has strong chlorine smell 3) there was no ventilation in the room and strong smoke smell was there. a cigarette butt was found laying on the floor. 4)ro drinking water was of not good quality.
