3 GoodThe property is on a good location, but very poorly maintained, the rooms stink, my room no 205 was just beside the dustbin so that place was shabby and there were insects coming in from there. i had booked 2 rooms and the geycer was not working in both the rooms, i had given them 5 reminders to switch it on but in vain.i had forgotten that breakfast is included in my booking, but the reception folks did not even tell me that their was breakfast served in the room. not recommended for family.Manoj Parikatil (manoj), 15 Sep

2 AverageRoom size are okay, lift was not working when we checked in as there was a power outage. one complaint that i have is that the sheets and pillow covers had stains on them. looked like they don't bother cleaning the linen in this hotel or they don't give it to a proper laundry. we didn't ask the staff to change it as we reached the hotel past midnight after a long road trip and were pretty tired but our booking was made in the evening and the staff should have ensured that the sheets are clean. bathroom was clean and good.Shainoj J, 22 Jun
