1 AverageThe bathroom was not very clean when we arrived and as it is a wet room, by the end of our 3-day stay, the bathroom and bedroom were both very dirty. there was only hot water on one day, and the ac only worked half of the time. toilet roll was not provided. the bedsheets had holes in them and looked tired. we had to wait a almost an hour for breakfast on one of the two days we ordered it. staff are not particularly friendly. the hotel is located just off a very busy road so you cannot walk anywhere. we recently stayed in 2 other hotels of the same price and they were much better.Katie Mackissack, 27 Sep

3 GoodThe place was new and pretty clean. their tea is pretty good. the head of staff is supportive. however, we had issues getting hot water. it's near a railway track and you can feel a mild rumble when trains pass by. the serving staff could be more hospitable. they are young and raw in communication. besides all this, it's a decent place to stay for the money it charges. oh! the sheets can do with better laundering.Kamatchi Kaleeswaran, 5 Dec

1 AverageThey didn't even have proper mattresses , as per the hotel manager either you'll stay for a day or 10 days you'll get only 1 water bottle and when i ask him that what if i do a booking daily than you have to give me water bottle daily than he said no , only 1 water bottle for guest. hot water was not available and they didn't have fab hotel branding anywhere all signage boards are of oyo. highly dissatisfied..Licious Licious, 24 Feb

3 GoodGeyser and hot water facility was not proper. normal food which doesn't cost that much were provided at high rates. rooms were clean enough. took an ac room but as lights go off we couldn't have the ac facility. even drinking water wasn't provided free. i've stayed in much lesser cost hotels which at least is provided free. limited food options.Tanya Samuel, 5 Sep

3 GoodFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianSajan, 13 Sep
