"The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Hotel managers are Managing staff, Handling budgets, Implementing marketing strategies, Ensuring customer satisfaction, and Maintaining compliance with laws and guidelines."

"One of the worst stays. Check in experience is worst. The room is tiny, smelly and bad. The water bottles they provide will be tap water and bottle would be resued from someone else. The basic hygenie and hotel issues are missing. Do not book this hotel. The noises from corridor will haunt you, the smell won't let you sleep and the dirty bedsheet would make your life a living hell. Yuck !!!"

"No doubt hotel location is very good but room service is very very very bad literally I'm staying in 3 night. And I'm going to a explore Jaipur places so I'm handover a key daily in a reception cleaning a room,but every evening a new excuses, I'm requesting a daily pleased cleaned a room but ignored a person. Not a hiegene maintained and one important not a provide a drinking water bottle it's chargeable. Only focused on money. I'm booking this hotel on site fab hotel...fab hotel provided a discount I'm facing a very bad reaction on a reception person ...once a think you booked this hotel you have a good options ."

"Not professional , I had to change 3 rooms as each one had an issue. We asked for water which they delayed giving, no hand soap and tissue in the washroom, no kettle in the room, room paint was all coming out. Linen was stained . Breakfast was paid for 2 people but they gave us 1 plate of poha"

The services, upkeep, food, room service was more like that of some dirty hotels whose tariff is around range of 800-1000. "I am quite disappointed with my stay at this FabHotel. The property seems to be flats converted into rooms, and the overall maintenance is poor. Bedsheets and other items were not clean, and there were no doormats in the room. The service was also below average. This hotel is not suitable for families at all, though it might be okay for bachelors. I have stayed at many FabHotels in the past and usually enjoy excellent service, but this particular property did not meet the usual standards. I do not recommend it and hope FabHotels takes immediate action to improve the quality here."

"Here's a rephrased version of your experience in a complaining format: Subject: Unacceptable Experience at Fab Hotel Polo Victory Palace, Jaipur Dear Fab Hotels Management, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at Fab Hotel Polo Victory Palace in Jaipur. The hotel's poor management and subpar services made our experience utterly unpleasant. Upon check-in, we were asked to make the full payment to a personal bank account, not the official Fab Hotels account. The receptionist, Rishi Yadav, was argumentative and uncooperative, displaying a similar attitude towards other guests. The room cleaning service was inadequate, and to make matters worse, the hotel closed the main water valve from the tank, leaving us without water for the entire night. We discovered the issue and had to manually open the valve ourselves. We are extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's services and management. The lack of professionalism and attention to basic amenities is unacceptable. We will not recommend Fab Hotels to anyone and will share our negative experience with others. Immediate attention to these issues and improvements in service quality are necessary to prevent further disappointments."
