"Worst hotel experience ever... No washroom kit not even handwash available only given Rs5 medimix as washroom kit. No tea coffee kit no electric kettle nothing was there. Only room was provided nothing else. Door mats were also torned, buckets were broken.. it was a pathetic hotel far away from town no food service available.. jst wasted my money... Dnt think I am going to book again from fab hotels... Local hotels were much more convenient nd providing better service than this."

"Worst possible place to stay. Service levels are pathetic. Power supply is a major issue here. They don't have a DG back up as well. Bedsheet were torned and rooms were dirty. Property is not worth staying."

"If I had been given the option, I would have rated it a zero. The request for basic amenities took a very long time to process. Never, ever bring your loved ones or family to this hotel. Attitude of staff is next level. and rejection of all services are at the very tip of their tongue."

"I was told by the owner of the hotel that we will be provided by the breakfast as we paid extra for that, we clearly informed the hotel staff that we will be doing early checkout that was 9am and we want breakfast at 8am in the morning on the same day that is 19th jan I called the reception at 7:30am on 19th jan to send the breakfast at 8am they told me that yes we serve the breakfast at 8am however till 8:45am breakfast was not prepared we had to check out before having breakfast for which we paid, I want refund of breakfast charges as I have paid for that and I had to leave the hotel without having food for which I paid extra , I want somebody to call me from Fabhotels"

"Very Good stay and courteous staff. Areas of improvement: The shower head is very close to the tap and the owner agreed to make the required change. It was extremely cold in the room and the AC did not have a heating function but when we informed the owner, he immediately sent over more blankets so that was very considerate as well. Very open to feedback and we really enjoyed the stay."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

"Very co operative hotel members, rooms are quite extra spacious with amazing views. Can sit in peace in balcony too that comes with the rooms. Amazing terrace is also there which also provides Amazing view. Hotel is just on road so transportation is also pretty convenient."

"Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable."

"Overall the food quality was average and we were not offered variety as well in breakfast. Rooms did not have drinking glasses, they gave alcohol glasses to drink. Towels were also given when asked. But room was good and spacious. Amenities not so much."
