I find the location convenient as it is close to the jaipur railway junction and also to the metro station. however the room service is available only with unnecessary additional charges. moreover the room no.402 that we stayed on was awfully dirty with dust,mud,ash,cigarettes and plastic wastes all lying below the bed. there was also no mat to dry our shoes after going to the bathroom and as a result, the whole tile floor on the room was muddy and it felt very uneasy to stay there.

Pathetic service and the rooms were dirty along with the bed sheet and the quilt. the staff there was very rude and unprofessional. no room service was provided such as tea or food.

Though hotel is in good location but the staffs are lazy. they are not cleaning the room properly. always giving excuses. after asking multiple times they ll do the work
