1 AverageI request each and everyone don't visit this hotel anymore the room was not good it's smells very badly and more their staff is not co-operative sitting in the barmuda in reception don't know how to talk fab or oyo gave them licence too very bad experienceRohit Yadav, 16 Sep

2 AverageThey have mentioned in their brochure that they provide air conditioned room but their ac was non functional and despite repeated requests, they never bothered to do anything about it. there was no tv either as shown in the app. it was raining in jaipur when i resided there and the rain water was percolating through the windows into the room. the fan was so slow because of the amount of dust it had and they didn't bother to get it cleaned. i was told repeatedly by the attending receptionist that he has called an electrician to do the necessary repairs but that idea of his never fructified. terrible experience!!!Atul Singh, 3 Sep

1 AverageEverything ! the place is horrendous and disgusting… i’m surprised they even have a business .. the rooms were dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them. our room smelt of raw sewage and our toilet didn’t work. very bad experience ever. hotel staff behaviours are not good .. they don't know how to talk also. 5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Nirmala, 9 Feb

1 AveragePathetic service i have ever received.they are doing scams by showing beautiful pics in fab hotels site. they don't have proper breakfast, no cleaning of rooms before giving to customer. amenities like water kettle, glass, bathroom hygiene products are not there.
