I am quite disappointed with my stay at this fabhotel. the property seems to be flats converted into rooms, and the overall maintenance is poor. bedsheets and other items were not clean, and there were no doormats in the room. the service was also below average. this hotel is not suitable for families at all, though it might be okay for bachelors. i have stayed at many fabhotels in the past and usually enjoy excellent service, but this particular property did not meet the usual standards. i do not recommend it and hope fabhotels takes immediate action to improve the quality here.

Rooms are not cleaned properly when i told them then they cleaned it but not properly bed was dirty dustin are not clean, bathroom are so dirty even i could not use them once

We asked for packed mineral water, instead we were served regular water in unsealed bottle. after finishing one bottle we realize that non were sealed. when we called them they told us that they are out of packed water. while checking out they even asked for mineral water money but we refused to pay them. i would not recommend this hotel for family. it was ok for bachelors and couples.

As mentioned water kettle, but not available in the hotel even after asking. late checkout was mentioned, but despite so many rooms were vacant no further extention even for half an hour was not given. room service was slow. cigarettes smell was continously coming in the room as if previous occupant have smoked in the room only. rest ok.
