Below the standard. rooms are very dirty. linens are very dirty. there was no water in the bathroom. one star also not even worthy to give. as there is no option to rate below the star. i request everyone if you stay on your own risk.

The bedsheet was dirty, no towel or soap in bathroom, bathroom was leaking with dirt. location was also not good, they have made hotel in 3 bhk flat building which was disappointing.

First of all they didn’t have the rooms as shown in pictures. than the room offered were very dirty. they have stains on bedsheets. ketchups and green chutney on walls and ceiling’s. the taps of the wash basin were not working.

I am quite disappointed with my stay at this fabhotel. the property seems to be flats converted into rooms, and the overall maintenance is poor. bedsheets and other items were not clean, and there were no doormats in the room. the service was also below average. this hotel is not suitable for families at all, though it might be okay for bachelors. i have stayed at many fabhotels in the past and usually enjoy excellent service, but this particular property did not meet the usual standards. i do not recommend it and hope fabhotels takes immediate action to improve the quality here.
