Such a bad hotel neither the stop is good nor the services some good laundry is not available such a thing it is not working fan is not working friend it stops while moving and falls i shifted to another room but it's not working, there's a bad smell, there's severe dampness, there's no tv, it's such a poor quality thing, it would have been better if you stayed in a dharamshala instead, at least you'd have got value for your money talking about refund, the money was not given to your hotel, you had given it to adoga, you should talk to him, his behaviour is rubbish, there is no value of anything, this is my booking for two days,but i am checking out and leaving this place.

I have booked the room for my friend from another city very pathetic room ac not working fan not working t.v. damaged breakfast not served till 11 am not gone through such a trauma in a hospitality business and in a tourist city like jaipur rajasthan where we call "padharo mahara desh " better to live on footpath rather than such a hotel

Don't waste your money,even the a.c doesn't work, the bathroom is blocked, if you say anything to the staff they don't talk without abusing, at the reception, a boy named sahil who is always with girls of thailand,he supply call girl

Services at the room is very poor, un-hygienic uncleaned, with no towels no toiletries. price is not justified at all better to book railway retiring room

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
