I booked room no. 201 on 20 april 2024 for my family members me, wife and 3 children 3,5,7 years old. the manager at morning duty was so rude and unprofessional that i would never ever suggest anyone to book this hotel. i asked manager for two plates and he said staff is not available that too after one hour when my online ordered food went cold. i said him sir, in case you are unable to give me plates at least you should have told me earlier because i am having 3 small child and food is wasted so at least heat it in oven. manager did not listen to me at all and shouted on us and said once received money we do not care about anything. finally, hotel staff is rude and unprofessional, hotel is not safe for family stay at all, please do not pay them first, if you will pay them before check out, they will just waste your time and money.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

I booked two rooms for december 23, 2023, through fab hotels and notified them of our 8:00 pm check-in. upon arrival, the hotel denied us the rooms, claiming they were sold out. despite prepayment, we were informed that the manager had sold our rooms to others at a higher rate due to the holiday week. avoid booking at this hotel. they are scammers especially the manager of the property. he is rude and doesn’t know how to speaker to a customer

Very bad in condition not good bathroom, not food facilities, not room service availability extra bed and double bed are not clean. becialy this restaurant gives rooms on hourly basis. you cand understand. what type of restaurant is this. i booked this hotel for 3 days 2 room but vety first day i cancle the plan. hotel staff was very rude .

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.
