FabHotel Polovictory Palace

Hi i have booked the hotel from the 5th to 9th, i checked in on 6th at 6 am and checked out on 6th feb 2025 at 6 pm. i stayed for less than 12 hours. i didn't like the hotel, the hotel is dirty, the furniture is torn, service is not at par, rooms are smelly and damp. it's unhygienic hotel. i want my refund as i haven't stayed a single day at hotel.

Booked room thinking that atleast bare standards of fab hotel will be followed but the disappointment is endless. the services, upkeep, food, room service was more like that of some dirty hotels whose tariff is around range of 800-1000. location & property is good but owner should seriously look into the management and service staff.

No doubt hotel location is very good but room service is very very very bad literally i'm staying in 3 night. and i'm going to a explore jaipur places so i'm handover a key daily in a reception cleaning a room,but every evening a new excuses, i'm requesting a daily pleased cleaned a room but ignored a person. not a hiegene maintained and one important not a provide a drinking water bottle it's chargeable. only focused on money. i'm booking this hotel on site fab hotel...fab hotel provided a discount i'm facing a very bad reaction on a reception person ...once a think you booked this hotel you have a good options .

The rooms are not clean and half of the amenities are not working also the place is not maintained which invites so many flies in the rooms. also there was no basic amenities like dustbin, towels, clean bedding. the staff is also not polite and gave us a basic room when the booking was for deluxe room and when asked for a room change they said they had no rooms available as of now we will have to adjust. one room we brought was deluxe but felt like waste of money.
