Everything was fine along with the staff and services but faced difficultly during check-in......i booked hotel prior 1 week but when i reached there fab hotels didn't informed the hotel about my booking because of which i didn't get rooms booked by me and even fabhotel didn't responded when i called them......hotel staff was polite and cooperative but room provided to me wasn't that good..... television wasn't working..... cupboard was full of hotel stuffs......fab hotels need to improve their communication with the hotels

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The hotel was very centrally located..... our stay was short but very pleasant.... . the room and facilities were excellent with a luxurious bathroom.... he staff was especially hospitable and friendly.... would not hesitate to come back....
