"It's not a proper hotel. Room were not good. No proper electricity. No option for food inside. No room service. Fan and ACs were not working properly, fluctuating. You have to go out for food or even for a basic tea. Rats were roaming in common area lobby. No facilities like water bottles, towel, soap or shampoo provided. Pathetic stay."

"Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable."

Thank you for the fab crown hotel. Also thank you Mr. kannaya Desai, who gave me the good room, daily cleaning too and arranged the food without asking money until I asked to pay for dinner at morning. So, Over all it is the best place. I felt to stay safe and secure."

"There was no water purifier (RO)in the hotel. We were asked to buy water bottles each time and the cost of 1 litre bottle was charged more than the MRP. The hotel staff asked us to book offline and not from the fab application. They said as it is a weekday thats why we are providing the room otherwise we would have cancelled it if you book online through app. This is a serious problem as we book the room through a reputed app in a reputed hotel and then the staff cancels the reservation."
