Comfortable, modern and spacious room. Excellent for a business stay

Inhouse restaurants are not available. Limited breakfast brought from outside but taste is yummy . Room Cleaning is good, staff behaviour is good. Area location also good best stay.

We have booked rooms at Shrishoin Hitech city, Hyderabad. They alloted us room no 101 and 102. In room no 101 there are snake like insects crawling in the washroom, on our request the hotel people changed our room to room no 103, but in that room also the washroom commod flush is not working again we asked them to change the room but they said that there are no rooms available and we have to adjust, we also observed the doors of the room is with fungus.we could not use the washroom and we used the washroom in room number 102 where my in laws are staying. I am enclosing the pics and video of the room and i request you to do the needful.

I have never seen a bad hotel like this . Staff non supporting. Room was full of seepage. Basic amenities were not provided like towel , water bottle. They were provided after I asked it for twice. Tv connection was not there fully disconnected and wires coming out of it broken. Landline was not working at all. Couldn't connect to the reception. We need to go to reception physically. I'll never advise anyone to stay there . Such a pathetic condition of this hotel .

I had a terrible experience staying at this property, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. Firstly, the room was completely unhygienic, far from any acceptable standard. To make matters worse, the table in the room was broken, adding to the discomfort. What was even more disappointing was that the room displayed on Booking.com was entirely different from what I got in realityboth the room and the hotel were not as advertised. Despite staying in the room for only 30 minutes before deciding to check out due to the awful conditions, the property still charged me the full amount, showing no understanding or accountability for the misrepresentation and poor experience. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. False advertising, unhygienic conditions, and zero customer service made this stay unforgettable in the worst way possible.
