They were provided after I asked it for twice. Tv connection was not there fully disconnected and wires coming out of it broken. Landline was not working at all. Couldn't connect to the reception. We need to go to reception physically. I'll never advise anyone to stay there . Such a pathetic condition of this hotel ."
