The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... The room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. I must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. And its in under reasonable price.

Everything went off well right from check in to check out. This would certainly rank among the top buget hotels.

Too many mosquitoes inside the room; literally had to kill almost 60 by hand. Also too much construction going on just besides the place. Excellent services and a very polite staff, bed sheets were dirty.

The room had cockroaches and they overcharged us for 30rs per water bottle

The cleanliness was extremely poorrooms were not properly maintained, and the bathroom and toilet were in an unhygienic condition. The service was also subpar, with unresponsive staff and a lack of basic hospitality. Overall, this hotel does not meet even the minimum standards of comfort and hygiene. I would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their maintenance and service. --- You can modify it based on your exact experience. Don't put fake photos in Google or anywhere, in my life again m not going book fabhotels, dirty bedsheets,dirty pillows, no light, no neatness, he'll fab hotels, no service boy, what nonsense hotels are these, I made a mistake by booking hotel, no tv running, fab hotels r worst worst worst, my worst decision. Lights were not upto the mark what nonsense is this, r u saving electricity, get lost fabhotels
