The staff was unhelpful, and the rooms did not match the pictures shown online. the hotel failed to provide the advertised facilities—many were listed, but none were actually available. no toiletries were provided, there was no soap in the washroom, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were stained and not properly cleaned. additionally, the check-in time was not mentioned online, forcing me to wait for four hours in the hot weather just to check in at 12 pm. despite my early morning checkout at 5:30 am, my request for an 11 am check-in was ignored.

Totalling disappointed with the practice of the hotel staff, they don't allow online bookings and want to just make the customer to the place and out of no nearby hotels forced to take the rooms as per their rates. fab booking is not considered and they are asking us to go to consumer forum and file a complaint. reception staff rude shows how the management runs the hotel. rooms are worst and bed spreads are dirty with coakraches running all over the room. not even water bottle/towel etc nothing is available. not recommended for family stay. they are doing cheating in name of fab hotel's. fab has taken advance which is also not returned since hotel staff informed them that guest has not availed, zero business ethics

The room was not up to standard, with noticeable wear and tear, and a lack of cleanliness. the bedding was uncomfortable, and the bathroom fixtures were not functioning properly. overall, the room did not meet expectations for a stay at this price point. toiletries are not provided. also never book this through fab hotels!! as once you reach the hotel, the receptionist will ask you to pay more per night. it's like a hotel is not linked with fab hotels. fab hotel just forces you to hotel!!!!!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. we also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Perfect for gatherings, we booked this hotel for a small gathering, and it was ideal. the party area with the projector was perfect for entertainment. the staff were super helpful, the rooms were large and comfortable.
