Budget friendly with awesome rooms with super clean and calm best hotel.

Had booked room through booking.com. when we went there it was around 11pm. contact number given was not picking up the call.whoever was there could not confirm our online booking.though we got a room,it was not serviced.we were just given the key and asked to go to the room ourselves.room was stinking of cigarette smoke.linen was dirty.airconditioner was not working.room service was poor. complimentary breakfast, which was there in paper, was not provided! overall, very bad experience.

Stayed for 5 days, here is my review - google map location is accurate, rooms are good, airy and of decent size. staff is polite and accomodating. hotel feels new, clean and well managed, no on - site restaurant however breakfast is provided if included. we have not chosen the same yet the staff asked us and arranged the same (at a small price). there is a vending machine to buy munchies, cup noodles and other snacks. electric kettle was available in our room but no tea/coffee/milk sachet. mosquito vaporizer is provided in room but we didn't needed it. there are number of eateries around the hotel within 1 km area so food is not an issue. swiggy/zomato is allowed to deliver food. wifi is available on each floor, they have installed multiple routers for the same. nearest metro area hitech city and durgam cheruvu and are within walking distance . the nearby area is surrounded by multiple coaching centers and pg's yet didn't feel crowded. overall we had a good, pleasurable stay.
