The stay was horrible. please don’t stay at this hotel . i had seen good reviews and had booked but my experience was really bad! 1) location is bad . i couldn’t even find it as it’s behind shops . the road to the stay is narrow and not even cab drivers were able to find it. 2)) service is horrible. the hotel staff was not looking at guest but busy with fire crackers. it took 45mins for staff to give basic towels in my 2 rooms , that too at 10pm after i had checked in at 12pm. 3) there was cockroaches every where, inside room and inside bathrooms. the buckets in bathroom was stinking . i couldn’t use the towels as the fibre was coming on my skin 4) i had paid for breakfast while online booking but until 9.00am nothing was available. with my parents , we had to go to a nearby restaurant and had to pay extra for auto and breakfast when i asked the staff , their answer was that it will take 30mins . 5) hospitality is at its worst here . only thing there were worried about was money . the staff wasn’t courteous at all . they all were busy with phone . asking anything to them was falling on deaf ears. i had to wait for almost 45mins to get ac working in my room , that too at 10pm in the night . funny thing is the staff didn’t have remotes for ac and so we were at the mercy of the temperature son the ac if it was set to 22degc, you would be lucky . if it was 26degc, then might as well manage with fan. it looks like the good reviews were all paid .when u reach the reception, it seems like from a hotel were police raids consistently happens. what else can i say other than staying in fab maruthi residency hyderabad was one of the worst stays i ever had in my life.

Staff most courteous, excellent food, excellent clean, very relaxing rooms and wonderful ambiance ,i have travelled manyplaces but nothing like this
