"extremely bad & disappointing experience" my booking id with fabhotels was 4cagpa for 11.12.2024. i was assured by fabhotels team (ms. nisha & mr. neal) twice that they have accomodated my request for early morning check-in. however hotel charged me in cash for early morning check-in. i tried reaching fabhotels team multiple times. finally connected with sanjay singh from their service team who asked me to pay the hotel in cash. he said he will check their recordings if there is commitment of no charges for early morning check-in & then only he can discuss further. moreover, hotel did not provide me ac room & there was no breakfast. though both these amenities were supposed in standard scope of supply & i paid for the same. in spite of me paying inr 500- in cash for early morning check-in hotel persons from fabhotels d grand at kukatpally in hyderabad (mr. nagraj & mr. pravin) did not issue any receipt to me. taking cash payment & not issuing any receipt for the same is illegal. i requested them multiple times & they denied me & even threatened me to keep quiet! this was a horrible experience with fabhotels & their hotel in hyderabad. this is absolutely unprofessional behaviour of fabhotels team. i will never use their services again & will recommend everyone not to use their services. they don't care for their customers & leave them to unprofessional hotel staff to harass their customers. if possible i would like to complain to consumer court against fabhotels team & fabhotels d grand (hyderabad) team about this shocking experience. no compensation from fabhotels team can bring back my dignity & respect. a humiliated customer prashant basutkar - mumbai

No guidance in hotel and i did not get any facilities which was mention. they have not keep the towels in room and i went two time to ask and lazy guys they have given to me in ground floor and no wifi connection details in floor and i did not get breakfast and finally it was worst service i have seen in my life

Had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay at the hotel. this hotel made our jaipur vacation a hit!

1st of all the hotel lady receptionist is very rude and has bad attitude. they dont know about the rules how the system will pay them after check out, since my booking was done by our company vendor. they asked for full payment or else leave the property. -the room was horrible, the window was without curtain. -the bathroom is soo congested. -they dont provide water, we have pay for it. - property is not well maintained, they used blankets will be seen in corridors the whole day. please dont prefer this hotel.
