1 AverageIt was a horrible stay in this property. feeling like cheated and robbed. the facility and amenities in this property are below average. the people working here are also not helpful. over priced and no restaurant or cafe. you have to walk far away from the hotel to have a cup of tea or for the breakfast. there are lots of better hotels in nearby places. but i was in hurry so i thought to book this property. never next time to this property. i hope this will help people from getting robbed their hard earned money.Swarup Nag, 19 Mar

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 6 Feb

5 FabulousI had a booking through make my trip on 25th october 2021 to 28th october 2021. and i have done full payment before my checkin through make my trip for smooth checkin experience. but hotel was refused my booking as they already full with all the rooms in spite of having my booking (pre paid). such a worst experience and worst behaviour by the staff. now i don’t know about my money. is it gone or not. i will not suggest anyone to book this worst hotel. and my problem is not yet resolved. also i will tag along make my trip for this harassment.Tushar Rawal, 24 Jan
