Pathetic ...they mentioned breakfast but no breakfast provided and full of mosquitos in the room and the washroom commod is broken and dirty and the location is not good. i booked it for the saty of employees and totally dissatisfied.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint about the unprofessional and deceitful behavior of the hotel manager during my recent stay at your property. i am highly disappointed with the level of service i received, which fell far below the expected standards for your establishment. specific issues faced: deceptive practices: the manager did not inform or honor several advertised benefits, such as complimentary breakfast, free wi-fi, and access to tv services. this omission significantly impacted the quality of my stay, as i had chosen your hotel based on these promised amenities. lack of availability: the manager was often unavailable, making it nearly impossible to resolve any issues during my stay. calls to his number were frequently ignored, leaving me with no support when problems arose. poor communication: the manager’s communication was inadequate and unprofessional. i experienced a lack of clarity and transparency, leading to confusion and frustration on multiple occasions.

The location of this hotel is perfect.

Exreme bad service and manager viji talks rude and totally irresponse and cheating custmer i qas suuposed to get breakfast but he told breakfast is not included he is not picking up call and also not in hotel most of time
