2 AverageRooms: rooms are ok. looks more like a 3bhk apartment converted into hotel rooms. service: services are awfull. first of all, this is a registered hotel under fabexpress, but the receptionist will deny your check in when you already booked room from their website. customers are put to extreme harassment because of dispute between hotel owner and fabexpress. location: location is good. it is 10 to 15 minutes to hitech city by bike or auto rickshaw. this hotel provides only lodging and don't expect to find good restaurants nearby.Siddhartha Basu, 2 Mar

1 AverageOne of the worst stays in my life. the hotel staff was reluctant to complete the early check out process even after requesting multiple times. fab area manager asked me to leave the property after assuring the checkout process within 10 minutes. however till 12 o'clock mid night they have not completed the check out process and i had to call the fab team again and request for the check out n invoice copy. worst behaviour by the hotel staff as well as the fab hotels team. still i have not received the complete payment receipt for my stay. area manager along with the customer care staff assured me that i will get the complete payment receipt however they are denying to share the payment invoice. guys please don't stay in this property. lift and corridors are full of mosquitos and the surroundings are not at all clean.Anson Rayan, 10 Jan

2 AverageThere is no decent customer service at all. cleaning was baffling and even on request, not up to the mark. plumbing issues. bedding is worn out at places. mosquitos everywhere! front desk was not at all accomodating or helpful. infact, they were rude on multiple instances and had to communicate way up for resolutions. this used to be a pretty good stay but declined heavily. wouldn't recommend for a comfortable stay.Anchala Nakka, 7 Jan
