Horrible and worst hotel experience ever, i wanted to give zero stars. i had great hopes thinking that it's a fabhotel. but right when we reached its location and surroundings were the worst. one may not feel safe to step out after sunset. it's not a separate hotel building just a part of the building is a hotel (unlike what appears in the photo, there are other shops in the complex). then comes the rooms which are not as big as they appear in the photo (photo is totally misguiding in terms of size as well as cleanliness). the rooms are very, very small. inside the room there were big cockroaches running around at night. we had to call the reception for that and their response was 'ohh' then they came and killed and removed them. they sprayed some chemical and said now cockroaches won't be there. the room started smelling so bad, and again we found more cockroaches inside, just felt hopeless. their linen was not clean as well (the bed sheet and towel had big brown stains). we had to ask for two towels as there were two people, we had to ask for water, glasses, and toiletries. they said they don't provide body wash or shampoo in the bathroom. there were no hangers in the bathroom to even hang towels while bathing. the shower was faulty, one had to literally stand real close to the tap to be able to bathe in the shower, once the showerhead fell by itself. additionally the ac was so noisy like a small generator throughout the night. even after facing so many back to back problems we tried to resolve the issue but the people had no sense of hospitality at all and were very indifferent. looked like they are not interested in providing any service at all. finally, even though we had already paid online for two more days, we decided to leave and stay in some other hotel. the last nail in the coffin was when they said they can't check us out as the system is not allowing us to checkout as the booking was for three days. we were so frustrated, we didn't want to try their breakfast which was included in our stay and when we just left the place, we felt so good. not going to this hotel again and would not book a fabhotel in future.

Great staff. overall facilities. well appointed rooms. great f&b.
