FabHotel Tanvi Premium

So i booked a fab hotel for my relatives who were coming from banaras to delhi post reaching the hotel, i came to know that the booking has been taken by the off-line booking for a better margin and they didn’t let my guest to enter in the premises, the receptionist clearly mentioned that sir, offline main acha paisa milta hai to online ko mana kar dete hai, someone gave them the price so they just didn’t even cancel the booking and occupied the rooms as per their wish. upon contacting the fabhotels customer care the lady, i believe the name was sakshi was so blunt and her talking was so rude when i threatened her that i’ll take a legal action. she replied to me by saying that sure, sir, you can take it. i have all the call recordings and i am the experience has been very terrible. i would not recommend fabhotels to anyone. i’m sharing the booking details of mine in the screenshot and please refrain yourself from booking such cheap hotels. it was a mistake on my part that i went for these goons named as fab hotels and will ensure that this is reached out to every relative and circle. they have not even refunded my advance yet.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Excellent room, great service , you can't find a better location and the hotel was so nice! we loved our stay. everything was nice and quiet at night even thought we were on one if the busiest squares. we had excellent recommendations for dinners as well. we'll be back some day!!

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.

Rooms are spacious but space optimization not there. room service really poor. also wifi does not work. they charge way more than market price for simple things like milk and bottled water that too without any prior intimation
