First of all, i haven’t had any good experience with fab hotels.
i booked hotel garden view quit a time back, when i reached in morning despite of my booking receptionist denied me the room and said that i can only have a non ac room because with fab hotels they don’t provide ac rooms
then i had to speak to fab hotel rep and he booked me at hotel skylight inn, said its a premium property and charged me extra, which ideally fab should bare, however when i reached there, again receptionist said same thing that the room is not available. then again i had to call fab and then again same vicious cycle. finally i got a room at high price and i had to pay all extras, that was ridiculous, the room i got was not able to lock properly, no soap or any basic facilities. a bed with dirty bed, ac and bathroom.
if fab is taking my booking it is fab’s responsibility to confirm it and deliver if not they need to bare charges and still if not they can provide premium services when they say they are providing and charging for premium.

i recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and i would like to provide some feedback regarding my experience. while i appreciate the convenience and location of your establishment, i must express my disappointment with the overall service and cleanliness during my stay.
the condition of the bed sheets and the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. it was not up to the standards i expected, and it made me question the value for money i received during my stay. unfortunately, my experience felt more in line with a budget accommodation rather than the quality i typically associate with your brand.
i believe that your hotel has the potential to offer a higher level of service, and i hope that this feedback can be used to make necessary improvements. i would appreciate it if you could take this feedback into consideration to enhance the guest experience in the future.

I had very worst experience in favhotel skylight inn,gurugram.my life was in danger.
they had issue with bathroom door lock and they were aware of it but still they didn't take any action.
today morning once i went into bathroom i found the door was not getting unlocked from inside washroom.and i was literally got locked in bathroom for more than 6 hours.i made noise but nobody came to rescue.i got panic attack and my life was in danger.
after almost 6 hours they rescued me by breaking the door.
i am really shocked by this.this negligence is totally unacceptable

The fabhotel taken 25% of the total payment and shifted our stay to another hotel without our permission, which was lowest in rate and quality. no cooperatiin from hotel people. they denied that they got the booking. we have not been compensated for rate difference. there was a difference on rs. 400 per room and we booked 2 rooms for 2 days. thus we had a loss of 1600/-

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
