1 AverageVery bad experience, do not spoil your vacation by staying in this hotel. recently i booked 16 rooms in this property and the experience was so horrible. i faced large no. of difficulties in this hotel, like- 1. they can't provide room keys on time , my guests were standing and waiting for their rooms to open. 2. they did not stand on their word of triple sharing in all the rooms. 3. food was finished before everybody had eaten. 4. they will overcharge you by saying your guests are more in numbers than expected and water bottles too. 5. there was nobody to handle your luggage. and most important thing their behaviour was so rude, they will fight if they have to and will lie on most of the things. so take everything in writing what they have promised or they will backout on their word.Vinamra Jain, 6 Mar

3 GoodI booked through agoda and it showed that i didn’t need to pay previously, but they requested me to pay a quarter of the booking in order to confirm booking otherwise they’ll sell my room to others. also, i wanted to pay by international credit card but the machine didn’t work and needed pay by upi. the room was fine but linens were not much clean.Aika Nagano Ge24z008, 3 Feb

1 AverageDisappointed and not worth the price i recently stayed at this property, and it was a highly disappointing experience. the staff was completely unprofessional. it felt like the bare minimum effort was put into maintaining the property. the hygiene standards were appalling. the floor was dirty, and the bedspreads and comforters were untidy, making the stay uncomfortable. breakfast was also disappointing, with only one dish on offer, which is unacceptable for the price charged. basic amenities were lacking, there were no toiletries provided and the bathroom lacked even a simple provision to hang or keep the clothes. there was ongoing construction work in the building. overall, this stay was a complete letdown. for the price they charge, this place is simply not worth it. i wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.Vyshakh R, 3 Dec

1 AverageHotel is located in the good location but completely unprofessional approach of hotel operation. hardly 2 - 3 boys running hotel, rooms and bathrooms are not maintained. linen on the bed are badly smelled and dirty, not meeting fab hotel standard. no food and pantry available. during the night hours, unmarried couples comes for night stay and go early morning. no decorum maintained in hotel. not recommend until unless you don't find any other hotel nearby, otherwise should be avoided.Sanjay Mishra, 3 Dec
