1 AverageMy refund is stuck since last 3 days. i have to check in with my family due to outage in electricity. however our bad luck is just after the 5 minutes of the check in we got a news from our society that electricity is restored. so i requested owner to kindly refund me partial amount as i am not going to use the room and left the hotel within 10 minutes. it’s been 3 days still there hasn’t been any response or refund status came from the owner or manager.Dharmik Zinzuvadiya, 18 Aug

1 AverageTerrible hotel, geyser was not installed in the room, staff refused to serve breakfast even though i had booked breakfast included. tv was not working. worst of all, the sheets were dirty. the bathroom and room floor were dirty. one of the worst hotels i have stayed in my entire life.Vinay Sawant, 4 Sep

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 20 Feb
