The toilet seat lid was broken. the water faucet was leaking. the service was slow

Surely not even a 1 star hotel, pathetic it was. the experience was pretty bad, the reception guy was extremely rude and talked in a disrespectful manner. they served a used bottle with tap water filled for drinking as the seal was completely broken and also the basic amenities were missing.

Rude and extremely bad behaviour from reception guy. no fresh water bottles. water bottles had been used before. they just filled old reused bottles with water. wall paints are coming off. all toilet seats are broken. towel had holes in it. not clean door mat. nearby room had people hurling abuses in loud voices, so it was very disturbing noisy stay. definitely i'd ask people to stay here. it is definitely unsafe for business people and definitely for women. very very bad experience. please avoid if possible.

Good rooms with all amenities, but the walls were stained and the pillows broken. the hotel is at the end of a street and there is overflowing drain from another building just in front.
