1 AverageIt's not hotel it's local lodge, fabhotels must stop grading itself as a hotel. pathetic property with pathetic staff. very rude behavior. rooms are unclean and staff talks absolutely nonsense. location is too interior and difficult to find. also they do not have property's direct contact so you need to keep on dilling customer care, who don't know the exact location. there is no coordination between property staff and booking team. * don't go by photos online it do not match even 10% * no hot water available * no drinking water available * when asked for door mat service boy delivered a dirty towel stating "you should be happy that i am offering towel though it's dirty" and "there are no bathroom mats available" he knows new guest will be offered same towel after a formal wash. go for better options nearby.Manoj Gosavi, 3 Nov
