1 AverageDuring our two-day stay at fabexpress perimero ii, we encountered several issues. our room, situated on the ground floor, was notably dirty and infested with bugs. despite requesting a change, the replacement bedsheets provided were also unclean. adding to the discomfort, the bathroom door lock was broken, and the air conditioning failed to cool the room adequately. however, it's worth noting that the staff was accommodating and didn't pose any problems. the hotel's location is convenient, especially in close proximity to mgf mall. nevertheless, one inconvenience arose during the night when the doors in the surrounding colony were closed, making it challenging to call for cabs.Nilesh Agarwal, 7 Dec

1 AveragePlease don’t trust any of the reviews online, a lot of them are paid. stayed there for two days during some visit to iipm nearby. the owner and staff are cordial but the rooms are neither clean nor upto the mark as shown in the photos. we got stained pillow covers, a quilt full of hair, a broken water heater and curtains with dirt and dust. only positive i can think of is the location; otherwise the quality of rooms and the service is not upto the mark. please consider other properties unless you have no other optionJiss Palelil, 6 Nov
