4 Very GoodThe hotel is located in the center of ponda city and in the middle of the market. they have limited parking for up to 4 vehicles. the rooms are maintained very well and are also clean and hygienic. i stayed in 2 different rooms for 2 days and the tv was not working in both of them. service is top notch and price is affordable for such a property.Bhaktraj Bhimjiyani, 8 Mar

2 AverageHi. i recently visited goa and below are my reviews 1) no lift/ elevator. as such it would be difficult for the elderly people. carrying bag packs if your room is allocated at the top floor 2) ac issue: cannot monitor the temperature as it's still to 1 particular temperature. 3) food not that great 4) staffs are limited, need to follow up multiple times.Gautham Shenoy, 15 Jan

1 AverageBe careful!! horrible experience with fabhotels shakti palace in ponda. arrived late night (10pm) from long flight at the reception to being told our reservation has been cancelled and the hotel was full so impossible to accommodate our stay. the decided to cancel our reservation on the day at 7pm because they considered we did not check in on time. and on top of that they send me an invoice of 1200 rs for cancellation fee, which obviously i did not pay and will never pay. we ended up alone in ponda in the middle of the night looking for a place to stay. awful guidelines that fabhotel have, it’s a shame. avoid this hotel at all cost!!!Martin D, 6 Jan

1 AverageService excellent inspite of very less man power. couple persons were doing all jobs . veg items in restaurant were good . room were very small and ac on off was a big issue due to faulty voltage stabiliser in room 205 . no toiletries and asked for it . no power backup is also issue. parking is very limited and no nearby place for parking.Sachin Jagannath Parkar, 3 Dec

2 Average1).eventhough i informed the fab hotel ph.no. 7042424242 and agreed in phone for early checkin (gobibo avialable mobile no), the hotel receptionist not accepted my early check in. the fab hotels customer care said that you have no problem for one hour early checkin, but the hotel receptionist said that we have no rooms. eventhough the fab hotels customer care personal talked with the receptionist they are not allotted the room untill checkin time. after one hour waiting in the lobby, hotel receptionist privided the room at 11-50 am. 2). we stayed for 2 days and provided only one water bottle. for the extra water bottle they charged 32 rupees, eventhough the mrp is 20/-. 3. the room is satisfactory. i am giving this rating for the hotel mangement and hosiptality only.Sunil, 29 Jul
