I came for honeymoon but we had a worst experience. better spend more money at other hotel and have peaceful service because no one is bothered about customer even after requesting.. we had to call 2 to 3 people for requesting each and everything.
this hotel has a small reception where only a girl is sitting, talking continuously on her phone and most of the time she is not available at the desk, one time she passed by us talking on phone and went somewhere; they have their main reception on other hotel which on 2 min away, so we have to call there because this desk girl is not available anytime.
here there are too much mosquitoes, after requesting for 4 times, receptionist said to take by ourself and from tomorrow they will provide. even the fridge is not working properly. they have broken regulator for fan.
for room cleaning, we had to request. we went down in reception, that girl was again absent on desk so we had to write the request on one small paper. when we came in evening, they cleaned the room but tables were not cleaned and dustbin bags were not changed. we had no place to keep our other wastes.

Experience was totally a disaster. i had to change 3 rooms out of their 2 properties due to lack of amenities. i checked in at 12.30pm in first room and had to change to another one due to lack of chairs and tv. chairs were kept in balcony in hot sun and we had no place to sit other than bed. spoke to their customer service for 30mins regarding the issue and room change.
we've been given another room and that room had same issues with the chairs and there were no knobs to change the speed of the fan lol and there were no bed lamps too,extra bonus we had to take the taunts of the receptionist stating we cannot use the rooms and change them as we want. i had to confront him though, cus we neither used the washroom to freshen up or change our attire after a long travel. so had to be on a call with another agent again for almost 50mins and this fab customer service agent recommend me to go to their another property near by in order to check with them about the another room cuz the receptionist there was not answering his call.
finally they offered another one in karma resort which is a old property with no wifi and karma guys won't allow us to use cuz we are there by the 3rd party hotelier. the reason we had to change their 2nd property is because there rooms were bad too, we got to know because other guests were requesting for the room change over there. we finally got to checkin at karma and this drama happened where in the lady who manages the property lost the keys and we had to wait downstairs till 5.30pm in the end they had to break it.
later on we had to change because there was issue with wifi, bed and tv was facing towards the floor.
overall the properties were not well maintained,they promised something and we had to experience something.
finally they gave us another property which is brand new, manager ravi was really good with us.

overall highlight, it took almost 10mins to locate the property. there was no name on the building and image was different then what it is portrayed online.

Nice rooms, no one is available there to help you. no calls answered for check out and we did self checkout.
rooms are having everything required.

Owner is rude & manipulative, he should not be in hospitality biz., even though we had booking the rooms were not available as per them. they said fab wale lete rehte hai booking we asked them to stop still. he was more like he was doing a help and favor by giving us a room. he even asked us to cancel booking and go somewhere else when i complaint him about waiting for 2 hours with a 1year old for providing us room. i somehow stayed 4 nights in it. rooms are spacious but it's not maintained. spider webs everywhere. latches and locks were not working properly. no proper service of room cleaning. emptying dustbins etc. no stand to hang towels/ clothes in bathroom.even the tv was not installed on wall it was just kept on table with wall support not on stand. no toiletries jus a soap. curtains were dirty. pillows inner covers had moldy stains. kettle was non working. induction stove was provided on request. etc etc :|
