1 AverageThe worst hotel... deserves 0 stars. the room was very dirty, full of cockroaches and mice, there was no house arrangement. both the receptionist and the owner are rowdy in nature and sometimes even drunk, there is no use talking to them. i paid for 5 days in advance, so no cancellations, no refunds given. not staff assistants. i had to leave the hotel despite the advance payment. cockroaches could be seen on the floor. the rooms smelled, the bedsheets were dirty, there was no space for parking a 4 wheeler.Dheeraj Kumar, 7 Feb

5 FabulousFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianRadhakrishan Nair, 23 Nov

4 Very GoodThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Sadab Urf Golu, 22 Dec

5 FabulousExcellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.Birjesh, 3 Mar
