Worst hotel,,,poor management . to find the entrance to the hotel will take you 15 min or so.. never pay in advance .will give you kind of haunted vibes . make it your last choice i would suggest for all.

There were no water bottles or shampoo in the washroom, no tea amenities, and the pillows were not up to the mark, although it falls within the ₹1500 budget. however, if you’re showcasing attractive pictures on your website and maintaining a 4.5-star rating, the experience should meet those expectations.

Excellent stay! i had a wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel. the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. marlise was really welcoming lady, the atmosphere was pleasant, and everything was well-maintained. a great place to relax and unwind. i would definitely recommend it to others. rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
