Very bad experience,,,,,too much smell in rooms,,,,ceiling with a lot of haziness and water moisture,,,,,,tv available but no connection,,,,very dirty wash room,,,damaged balcony ceiling,,,,,so did not checkin, although it was midnight 11 pm and it's raining.....a terrible experience

The rooms are very old and there is no maintainance done the rooms were dirty and smelly, toilets were unclean and trash was not cleared also water supply was not proper

Not really worth the price you pay, the hotel wall is all dampen and there's plenty of water leakage in almost all the rooms, i changed roughly 3-4 rooms in one day stay and i faced leakage issues in almost all the rooms. management needs to work on improving the amenities and ambience.

I mean where to start? first of all i landed in dehradun late in night at 11pm ,it was raining .. this hotels calls tells they can't take the checkin due to some electricity issue transfers me to some other property 3 kms further .. after reaching the property , i was shellshocked as the rooms were a complete nightmare ..i mean even the bachelor guys who stays alone keeps their room more clean than this.first of all there was no lock in my room .. i couldn't lock my room from inside.. bathroom basins were dirty.. there were not a single toiletries present.. no towels no soaps .. nothing. there were huge bugs roaming on the floor .. they didn't even have the decency even to give a water bottle , for that too had ask them many times.. so much for welcome. the whole night felt like i was in a dirty prison . it was such a terrible experience that i had to checkout early at 7am and find another property myself walkng on the streets.. guys do not choose this property even by mistake .. its a trap. it is a fraud and scam .. never had such experience with fab property.

There was water logging in washroom, there were ants in all the room they even came on bed. and staff wasnt professional, i asked for cold water he told me to bring your bottle and fill up by your own from the water cooler.

I had a pathetic experience. i was told that my reservation is confirmed and when i reached the property late at night, i was told that the property is sold out. i was shifted to a different property which was not upto the mark. i had to fight a hell lot to get a decent room. tried contacting fabhotel helpline and that was busy too and it didn't sort out my problem. really disappointed and going to take this to consumer court.
